With over 22 years in the engineering industry, our founder Herbert Domgjoni has successfully delivered projects across various sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, retail, hospitality, residential, commercial, aged care, casino, correctional, industrial, warehouse, theatres, courts, health, laboratories, pharmaceutical, data centres, education, sports, golf clubs, community centres, aquatic and leisure facilities, and airports. 

He has led the design and delivery of projects of all scales, ensuring fire compliance, safety, and efficiency. Through the development of comprehensive Fire Engineering Reports and expert Fire Protection Service Engineering, he has delivered solutions that focus on cost savings and mitigating project delays. This is achieved by the early identification of any fire-related National Construction Code (NCC) departures, particularly in relation to Regulation 129 and Regulation 187, alongside Fire Authority dispensations and Fire Safety Engineering Performance Solutions. His work includes liaising with Building Surveyors to assist with Building and Occupancy permits, ultimately improving operational performance for clients.

Herbert's experience spans advisory roles, networking, business development, and leadership, emphasizing effective communication with fire authorities, fire safety engineers, building surveyors, and project stakeholders. He has built some of the largest Fire Protection teams in Australia and advocates for fire protection and fire safety engineers. His expertise encompasses master planning, concept design, detailed engineering, principal consultant engagements, building re-classification, fire compliance audits, and collaboration with insurance in relation to fire audits, feasibility reports, and peer reviews.

Herbert has successfully liaised with Water Authorities, Fire Authorities, Fire Safety Engineers, and Building Surveyors to develop and secure fire-related dispensations and performance-based solutions, enabling clients to meet compliance requirements while achieving project objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. He is recognized for proactively addressing fire protection and fire safety challenges to prevent project delays and cost overruns, skillfully understanding client needs while ensuring that compliance and safety are never compromised.
